Kia Motors - Sold a brand new Rio with a dent
Was told that the dent would be fixed when the panel beating shops opened in January 2015. Shops have open, dent has still not been fixed.
Purchased a brand new 2014 Kia Rio in November. Received the car with a dent on it and was still charged full price.
Aside from that, my number plates were delivered to my office desk instead of actually being fitted onto my car. I had to make arrangements to have them fitted myself. Whats the point of buying a new car if its going to be damaged and not going to come with its plates fitted on?
I sent numerous emails and made many calls to the salesman and his manager, to date..dent is still on my car. I would advise any future Kia buyers to not deal with the Kia Virtual store.
They are only efficient when they are trying to make the sale. Once they are paid out, everything else does not matter.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Location: Edenvale, Gauteng

I purchased a kia cerato 2016. Dont deal with these sharks they take your money i had to wait 12 weeks for a car that i received window tinting lots of bubbles, dent on the door two salesmen told me it was nothing and paint missing with bubbles.
Not exceptable. Once they have your money forget resolving anything. They are awefullyl unprofessiona. Even if they promised lifetime waranty I would never ever buy one.
Rubbish cheap and sub standard!
Take your solicitor if you are tempted by the the cheap pricing. BUYERS BEWARE!
Did you call the shop to schedule an appointment to get it fixed?
Yes I have a few times and emailed. No appointment made as yet. They have now said they will get back to me tomorrow for an appointment date and time.
They probably have others scheduled for service before they were closed. It might be a few weeks before you will get your appointment but you will get in and they will fix it. Be patient.
Cry me a river.
