Ask about skipp a payment

I enjoyed speaking to the representative and she was a very big help for me to be able to skip a payment for the month of December because of an emergency that I am going to Florida for my sister who's had open heart surgery I appreciate everything that you'll do God-bless & merry Christmas and I'm sorry it said pissed customer I was not pissed I'm talking as I'm driving so I'm sorry It picked it up wrg

Can someone call me at 240584****

I have been on a Rental car since 10.25.2021 that my Kia Soul Gray color2015 broke down. I tool a Rental car which is $50.00 per day since the 25th of October. That is what I am using for work, etc. I have to pay the bill today in order to continue using the car to take me to work, etc. I need someone to call me now because this bill must be paid in full before I can continue using this car. User's recommendation: I advise customers to get the Rental payments before getting the car but in my case I needed a car asap as the car syopped in the middle of the road and it was heavily raining on me that night. Also, I had to go to work the next day.

Kia Motors - Won't ever have anything but a KIA
In March 2021 we wrecked in our KIA Sorento doing around 80mph. We flipped, rolled and we slid. Me my wife and all three of our kids survived. I had a busted up wrist and a busted back. All five of us will only own a KIA. If you are struggling with something not lasting long enough take better care of it.

My engine is gone out of my 2020 Kia Soul

Went in for a flat tire. They had to order it. Recalls on it were done. All of a sudden, I am told I need a new engine. No loaner car, rental. I have to have a car. Kia is cutting into my livelihood

It's not a complaint. Just the facts. I bought a kia Sorento 4 months ago from used car dealership, not from Kia. In less than 2 months car engine seized up, and quit on me. I had it towed to Kia dealership to have car put on diagnostics. To find out what was the matter. I was told by Kia "engine seized up" due to no fault by driver. They replaced engine with remaned engine free of charge. 2 months later I'm currently on side of road broken down. Waiting on tow from Kia. Kiacustomer service.Kia's

Military rebate

HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY $400 military rebate as I was told I would receive it in approx. 90 days. I purchesed the 2021 Sorento .on 1/21/21, 5 months ago. What is the holdup.

Upset about Kia.....

Kia Motors - Upset about Kia.....
Two years ago we purchased a Kia Telluride. After having issues we had to return it to the dealership for repairs. They had to keep it for several day before finally repairing it. We just purchased a 2020 Soul which I dearly love...it took me three years to talk my husband into that purchase. That was my birthday gift and I was more than thrilled until a recall. Ive been without my Soul for weeks and they tell me their unable to get the parts they need. The earliest date is late February but most likely mid spring. Its not the dealership at fault....they have more than tried to help with a rental car so my issue is Not with them. So....Im making payments on a car Im not able to enjoy..... Im not happy and even more upset of my choice of cars.

My 2019 K900 is an excellent car

I just want to let you know the new K900 is very underrated. It is an excellent car now and when I bought is 10 months ago. I will happily be an advocate.

They claimed radiator was patched but the car has only been serviced by dealers Even tires They are looking into it Waiting for evaluation

Stuck in ditch

Associate on the phone was absolutely amazing. I wish I remembered her name. I had just worked 14 hour shift as a nurse and ending up in a ditch. This put me over the edge. Even though she was unable to get the tow covered she gave me information how to get reimbursed and kept me calm with such care and reassurance in her voice.
