It's happening to us all....Go to the kia corporation site. File the complaint and upload your pictures.

Someone will contact you.

I did and I was told to send in 2 estimate to have the car painted. I did that and about 40 days later was sent paperwork to sign and sent a check for the amount in the paperwork.

Paying for things I didnt want or get. Manager and I came to an agreement but because of my survey he wouldnt stand up to the agreement. One unhappy and a never again customer

I am so unhappy with the service

I was denied my warranty to fix my master cylinder for my brakes after I was told it was covered! I am struggling to pay my car note as it is now I am being forced to pay a thousand plus dollars to fix my car! I am so upset. I dont think you all should be a servicing company.

Complaint of a dealership

I've contacted Kia Corporate in California via my next possible legal maneuver in reference to filing paperwork with the Attorney General's Office in Austin. I've indicated I SHALL go the distance, if provoked. Kia Corp. stated they shall contact me with a corporate representative very soon...? Hmmm, I'm not holding my breath, but I shall give the opportunity... If nothing transpires, the Office of the Attorney General in Austin shall receive a documents request. This outcome will exceed a $500.00 price tag if I'm forced to go that distance, which will include legal representation at this starting point. I play to win!!! Sometimes you lose, but PLAY to win! STILL PISSED customer.

Cruise control malfunction

Extended warranty

My wife bought a used kia soul from Keefer kia in mooresville nc. with an extended warranty. We had the understanding that this covered the car until it was paid off. Today we were informed that it expired at 53,000 miles. We feel that we were taken advantage of. The car had 27,000 miles on it when purchased. No way would we have paid $1,500 for a 28,000 mile warranty!!

Service

Tried to schedule a service appt. for my 2017 Kia (12,500 miles) at Kia of Fort Walton Beach this morning and was advised that service appointments are EIGHT MONTHS OUT. You have to be kidding. Since the traction, tire pressure, and one other light are on all the time, what do I do, buy another Kia? I don't think so.

Vehicle order

They have been thoroughly non-cooperative. Initially it was mentioned to me that the vehicle will be delivered by 3-3.5 months, now after almost 2months of placing the order they mention it might take Jan-end or even February as well to deliver the vehicle. On top of that citing a reason that I am being argumentative their Sales person hung up on me.

Not reciving my over payment paid by Geico

I am requesting a full refund of an overpayment on my account received by Kia from Geico. My account number is 191446****. The overpayment is for $4939.95. I have contacted Kia from 10/14/21 in regards to this amount and have continued every two weeks, speaking to 8 different representatives to no avail. Three emails have been sent by representatives to the accounting department with no reply. Please expedite this request for the funds that is owed to me.

Can’t get service

Appointments are 3-4 weeks out and no one answers phone. Called at 10am for and oil change and they returned it at 5:05 pm, run away!
