I purchased my 2014 Kia Sorento almost 2 years ago, since I have had the vehicle when I'm on my Bluetooth hands free after 15 mins I have to reconnect, because it goes mute to the person I'm talking with, I can hear them but they cannot hear me. Is this an issue with the KIa Sorento?

I called customer service on this matter and he told me to contact my local dealership and have them do a diagnostic to see if something is causing this to happen.

I did and they are charging me a $110 if this is not a known problem with the Sorento, my question is why do I have to pay for something that is no fault of mine, because it's been doing this since I purchased the car, but when I called about it then, I was told that is what it's suppose to do for safety reasons. I know I have waited a long time to contact someone again concerning this matter, but it's really becoming more and more annoying.

I don’t want to offend anyone,I brought my car in for a problem with the tires,hearing a lot of road noise even on smooth roads in the front,I might think the tires are defected as I have rotated them every time I have oil change.I did an alignment and move one tire from rear to front but still have The noise ,they are going to balance tires in front this time. I have slight shimmy in steering wheel at low speeds that’s why I think tires are defected These are Michelin tires and not cheap,I think the best solution to satisfy me is the replace tires as I took out road hazard insurance st a cost of 400 dollars,Thank you

Does KIA Corporation have an avenue for helping customers who purchase a used vehicle from a KIA dealership and have been scammed?

ABS sensor went out without warning- NO BRAKES in traffic- I hit another car- sustained injuries AND re broke my Patella among other injuries- Seat belt did not engage nor did air bag deploy.... ABS warning light did not go on or NOTHING!!!

I lost the crank pully twice i was told i am due 4900$ i want every dime i almost died TWICE
