I purchased a new 2014 Kia Optima from cartown kia of nicholasville ky.They would not come down on the purchase price of the car so they gave me a card for a $19.99 oil change good for as long as i owned my car. Now they refuse to honor it.

Be warned KIA does not stand behind their word. I don't know how you can take something back that was in the deal with the purchase of the car. I guess they were not making enough money off of me. They said all coupons expire.

I told them there was no expiration date on the coupon.

But they still refused to honor their word. So be warned future buyers think twice about buying a KIA.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Preferred solution: I want them to honor the deal they made with me.

I didn't like: Bad customer service.
