The paint on my bumper is peeling. Kia won't do anything because it's over the 35K mileage warranty for paint work.

Very disappointing. I was going to buy a Sorrento next but don't want to take the chance of driving around with an eyesore paint job. I've been to a few body shops and they all say that this is due to a manufacturer defect with the paint on bumper. Also - don't try to file a complaint with them on line.

I was very diligent in explaining my complaint and provided pictures. When I hit send I obtained an error message. Very convenient for them.

I had to then call, however, the complaint was not filed. I called again a week later and the woman told me Kia would not resolve this issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
