I purchased a car through Kia of Shelby there's a manager there Bill gathers that's very unprofessional he even put my social outside of a deal and which I thought all that stuff should be classified as nobody should see it but I never got my booklet that includes all of my oil changes and service maintenance plan I called and asked him about that and he said he took that off without our permission every sense he has gotten there I have bought in three cars from that dealership but before he came and everyone knew our family very well but since he has gotten there nothing is the same anymore and I will never come back it is written very and organized so not professional but if he and the other day which was Friday I took the liberty of paying my whole car off and hadn't had it by the month if I don't get my booklet that contains my maintenance plan and everything with it I will return the car but I am still contacting corporate because I don't like the way businesses ran there and I am very dissatisfied with the service and I will not be talked that way by nobody and he is taking advantage of people you don't do things without getting that customer permission
