Have a 2011 Kia sportage purchased from Grand Kia in Denver which was our second new Kia in 3 weeks. Have taken it in for service every time its needed to a dealer. Now the instrument cluster has gone out and its over the 60,000 mile warranty but within the 5 years and Kia isn't going to help me in any way with the $1300 cost for a new instrument cluster. I feel cheated since we owned 2 kia's and the mechanics say they have seen this issue with other sportages. I called the customer care line and was treated rudely by the first guy I spoke with. Not the experience I was hoping for when trying to get Kia to help with an obvious issue. I can promise I will not be purchasing another Kia since they don't stand up to warranties or care enough for customers that have purchased more than one Kia.

I bought KIA Forte in maximum available trim version.

3 Month, steering heel totally broken

Placed with brand new Optima Hybrid - 6 month - breaking pedal almost broken

I knew I should not buy KIA, but I did. And it was my last mistake.
