I went to Crown Kia in St Petersburg, Fl on Nov 16, 2017 to finances a 2016 Kia Optima used. The sale person helping me did not make me feel like a customer and did NOT try hard even to get this car I wanted so badly. Sale manager was the WORST!!!! They try to get me in a car I did NOT want, then I said, I wanted to get a the Optima I saw online. He told me and my son, I can get it but your payment will be $600 a month. I asked if we can work something else out and he shake his shoulders and said, sorry we can’t help you. I had a great experience last year 2016 and got what I wanted. Very bad sales manager and did not make me feel welcome at all.. never going back. Pam alamedagirl223@ yahoo.com

Kia Motors in Eastlake, Ohio - Introduction to leasing

Went to consider buying a care. Did see one I liked. Next quickly introduce to leasing. Only had experience buying. While going through introductions, did ask them if I decided instead to buy (after agreeing to lease for now) would I be able to change from leasing to buying? The sales person, lease person said I could do the change with out penalty. I specifically asked would I be penalized. Again, I was told NO. That did not happen at all . Did not get any real good service to switch out of lease & buy the car instead. One manager was almost harassing on the phone. I like my car but left not liking the company at all. Not feel I can trust them. Wish I had seen this site beforehand.
