Kia Motors - Replacement parts

The front safety camera has failed and is still under warranty This part was order by my Kia dealer on 19th August. I was told yesterday that it will not be available until 19th December 2019 of there about. I have a 2018 Sorento. This to me is disgraceful service. Please expedite.

Searching for a replacement Kia emblem for the damaged one on my hood. Live in SF and the damage occurred while in LA. Downtown LA Kia was able to identify the part number but would take a few days to order. I said never mind, I’d get it when I returned to SF. Nearest dealer to my home is in Oakland. Left messages, ordered online, called customer service no reponse. Tried Kia’s online chat - hopeless, sends me links to accessories. Called Kia’s main number to complain, put me thru to a roadside assistance phone tree, again and again. This is not how you retain customers.

Kia Motors in Bellingham, Washington - No more parts

I ordered a new lock tumbler for a 1998 Sephia. Paid over $100. Then they say hey, guess what, it is discontinued. ARGH. Have to dig around on ebay to try and find a dang part. Another $100 to pay while I wait for the part. NEVER will I buy a Kia again. SO frustrating.

Brand new 2016 KIA optima and it stalls constantly. Was in shop 30 days and they returned it to me on the 30th day, go figure. They said they couldn't find the issue. They agreed it wouldn't work in the beginning but then it started to work for them again so come get it now. UT the problem wasn't fixed! Don't get me started with KIA Master mechanics working with the dealership mechanics. We've been to two dealerships. Don't buy a KIA. Im telling everyone that. KIA doesn't care about their customers. This is my third and final KIA.

I purchased a certified used 2014 Ram 1500 SLT quadcab 4x4 March 9,2016 I was told by sales writer not buy the 2 day return policy. Should not have listened to him. Got the truck home & found dented & scratched left corner of cab roof returned truck to repair on March 14.2016 Picked up truck on March 15,2016 dents removed ok but deep scratches were not repaired at all.
