I have taken kia ita a good and excellent vehicle...but the problem is with the break...each and everyone is saying... after 30.000 kilometres break linears will..6 mm to 4 mm unless kia...
supervisor are saying...the problem is not resolved because... after 32000.. kilometres to 40.000..as per..kia guidelines...the breakliner should not be replaced...I got recorded evidence...I have spoken to customer care services... even that also I have got evidences..all these evidences I'm going to complaint...in consern...
Such that..the problem is with the break... not the vehicle and also your rules and regulations... why should I face the problem... for your information..im putting this mail to you...if any break fail or any damages...

User's recommendation: From I side... each and everyone loves the kia but servicing in Hyderabad... not up to the Mark.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: I request you to solve the problem.. it's not only me...how you are doing in other countries... like if it's necessary please change the part or else please change the vehicle...no one have any right to play with the lifes.. this is my humble request.
