I've had nothing but problems with my 2009 Kia Rio5. From my Kia being stuck in the ignition and after numerous requests having it finally fixed to peeling paint being fixed and peeling again but no longer under warranty, to my car jolting sometimes when I put it in reverse.

Kia Customer Service sent me to their Easter Division (New Jersey) where one representative (Eric DiCinti) was very rude and unprofessional to me. I told him I wanted my car fixed and he wanted to just give me $1,000 for my problems and he actually left a phone message asking me to stop calling and complaining and wasting both his and his supervisor's time. I called Kia Motors and they said it's up to the Eastern Divison to fix my vehicle!

Don't make the same mistake I did!
