Extremely faded trim on 2022 Sorento 2022

Been a 12 yr Loyal customer. Owned 2012, 2017,2019,2022. All Sorentos . The trim on the 2022 around all the windows looks like a 15 year old car! Have lived at the same residence for 15 years with a garage. Only the 2022s trim is extremely faded. Definitely an inferior product. The dealership informed me that they are seeing that issues on many of your models. So sad. Requesting a warranty repair.

Bad customer service

I called Kia of Lansing Michigan to schedule a repair on my Sportage. I scheduled an appointment and asked about a loaner car.

They informed me that they do not have loaner cars. I called back to cancel the appointment. I live an hour away from Lansing and need a vehicle to get back home. They said my car would be in the shop a couple of days.

The girl I was talking to that schedules the appointments for the service department was unwilling to help. I asked how long it would take to diagnose the issue. She said about half a day. I told her that my husband knew what the problem was but she said it had to be diagnosed.

My husband said forget it and the service girl said " fine then, fix it yourself" and hung up on me. She was so rude.

I've never been treated that way from this dealership. But I know, I'll never buy another Kia.

Reset currently least a used Kia. It has stranded me 4 times it has been to the shop. Just as many , it barely runs down the highway if at all , sometimes as low as ten miles an hour if it's not just stalled out It is a key a nightmare that I can never wake from It has pretty buttons. It's shiny and looks great too bad. It doesn't actually drive run down the highway Absolutely unreliable can't even take it Ten miile

NO RESPONSE FROM KIA IN OVER TWO WEEKS. THEY TELL ME EVERY I CALL:”YOUR CASE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU BACK IN 24 TO 48 HOURS” BUT SHE NEVER CALLS ME BACK.

MY VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE AND I DON’T THINK THEY CARE ABOUT IT. MIGHT HAVE TO GET AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED.

This is the 10th time Ive brought my vehicle in at least its just constant problems. My biggest regret is buying it. I traded in my beautiful jeep to get ripped off.& not given my 9000 dollars in rebates then told theres no 100,000 thousand mile warranty anymore a total lie & had to purchase a secondary warranty I got taken advantage of so bad its ridiculous during Covid and then on top of that have had nothing but issues and dont even have 60,000 miles on this vehicle I swear I am going to be Kia worst enemy if you do not step up & take care of me Im done complaining about this vehicle Im asking you please be honorable & take care of ur customer ( me) I over paid for this vehicle & deserve a decent car to drive with out issues sincerely

Leaking ABS

My auto was diagnosed with a leaking ABS but was told it is not on the recall list so I would have to pay $3600 to get it repaired. VIN KNDMG4C75C646****.

However there are no available replacement parts in the US. And not sure when they will be available. This model obviously should be on the recall list and I should not have to pay for your defective part. Plus I now cant drive the car or park it at my house.

Dealer wont even give me a loaner vehicle because of the unknown timeframe. I cant afford to pay for a part plus a rental car all because KIA has a defective part in their cars.

There are thousands of people in this situation. You need to fix this and compensate people for their troubles.

Poor service

They made two service appointments for me to bring my car in for theft recall, both times they never had the part the first time then 2nd time the part was damaged, no idea what they are doing there. My ride drove twice from Hillsboro to follow me over there and they didn't and couldn't do the recall fix due to not having the part, why do they put customers through all this stress, me I was so pissed I could scream because it's no money out of their pocket, it's out of my rides pocket to drive an hour to help me out by dropping my car off to be worked on.

I spend 40 dollars a month adding oil to this engine. Instead of fixing this very obvious design flaw they just lie

They never bothered to get back to me with a solution. I cant afford to do this big fix on a car and then still have to turn around and eat it the gdi engine has a fatal flaw and they refuse to own up to it.

Yesterday i cantact the dealer ask for a price, i agreed with term and because i was busy at work i asked my wife to go alone and finish the paperwork, she went and they force her to sign a complete different deal and they ask for mor money for different things that i already spoke with them . Long story short i called them and they said sorry please came back tomorrow we will fix everything and we will refund the money.

My wife today went again alone the person in the office told her we will cancel the free oil change . My wife told them but yesterday the other seller td me you have free oil change. Those people even they didnt tell her there is a plan that you will pay for it so they give you a free oil change so she didnt know on the first part they scam here they sell and get signatures without explaining what is that and that time she complained another sall person went to the office and they start talking bad and rud with her to scare her she start fighting back and those people start make fun of her because she is woman, she told one off them if my husband was here you wouldnt talk to me like this . They told here you are the first woman we saw like this my wife get offended than she told them im your customer you guys must make me happy not do this and they make fun of her and spoke very bad to her she came back home and she was crying for badly.

I will get consultation from my lawyer to do legal action. In this country we dont attack and harass a woman that those not know she gering scam from sells man.
