Terrible Service

I brought me 2022 EV6 in for service for the internal battery (12volt) repeatedly going dead. I dropped it off at 9am and waited ALL DAY for some type of update. Finally, 30 minutes before they closed I called, was told service was already closed, was transferred two times and was mysteriously disconnected three times. Basically Kia of Riverdale, NJ is holding my car hostage. They have had the car for 9 hours, no update, they just kept my car. Sales apparently would/could do nothing to assist me. From here it is on to the BBBSteer completely clear of Kia of Riverdale, NJ

Lack of parts for recall that is safety related. No estimate whatsoever as to if and when parts will be available. Kia advises this is a safety issue, but cannot/ will not provide any meaningful information as to when actual repairs can be done.

User's recommendation: Think twice about buying a Kia product.

My current issue resolved with no expense to me !! Been in the service department to many time !!

No company recall or support for Kia owners who are at the mercy of thieves because of easy ignition with USB cord or screw driver.

Company does not respond to Kia Purchasers concerns. Don't buy Kia autos, if they won't address one issue, they won't address any future issues. I would advise that no one purchase a Kia product because company does not stand behind their product. No fun having car windows broken and car stolen. This is a design issue Kia won't take responsibility for. No recall for kill switches no help for customers. Will be trading my Kia for a Subaru or Toyota.
