2017 KIA REO WENT OFF THE ROAD HIT A STOP SIGN,,A TELEPHONE BOX,,OAK TREE AND A PINE TREE GOING 55 MPH THE AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND MY WIFE GOT A BROKEN BACK AND CHEST BONE.. REPORTED THIS TO KIA OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. ALSO REPORTED THIS TO THE NHTSA AND THEY ARE REALLY OUT TO HELP WITH THIS MATTER BUT KIA SEAMS TO BE NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT AT ALL SO ILL BE DOING MORE RESEARCE ON THIS MATTER AND IF NEED BE ILL HAVE TO GET A ATTORNEY INVOLVED WITH THIS MATTER ,KIAS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND THEY SEAM TO CARE LESS.IV CALLED THEM 2 OR 3 TIMES A DAY FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND LEFT PHONE NUMBERS FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK STILL AS OF 9-17-2018 I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM

Get a lawyer and keep the car - you need it for product defect litigation. June/Paralegal

Why do you keep making the same mistake over and again ? You are way beyond calling anyone ; this needs to be handled in writing and served via Certified Mail return receipt requested. You need a solid paper trail or you're going to be left behind, if it isn't too late already.
