I just recently bought a 1999 kia sephia 3 days ago. Of all 3 days, only 1 day has it worked without a problem.

Everything is fine until you stop at a stop sign or a streelight and would like to accelerate to get out of traffic. The car completely stalls in the middle of intersections (has happened to me twice now) or ANY TIME you make a stop. I almost got hit multiple times now because my car won't accelerate, even when the gas is pushed all the way to the floor.

Seeing as though I have a 1991 saturn that's in better shape than this piece of crap, i think i'll scrap this car for metal.

My boyfriend's mother owned a 2004 kia rio that went up at 60,000 miles. Mine is a 1999 sephia that is at 63,000 miles. Coincidence? I think we got scammed.

And seeing as though we bought it from a private seller- we're screwed. I HATE kia's. Google it- you'll see that very few people have had pleasant experiences with them. Pieces of JUNK.
