How can we patronize KIA vehicle, when your company is not doing your job to process all the necessary documents for the car. Your branch here in Dasmarinas, Cavite Philippines, is only after of the payment once purchased certain vehicle, but all their obligation to their customers has been forgotten or ignored after payment.

How long do we have to wait to have the plate number in our car? We are already waiting for almost three months but until now we don't have our plate number, and we don't even know when we can possibly receive it. Is it possible to return the car to your company? We are no longer satisfied of your services.

We cannot even recommend it to our friends, due to our worries to be embarrass if they experience the same poor services from your personnel specifically here in Dasmarinas, Cavite Philippines.

Mga bastos ang costumer service dyan lalo n warranty officer nila d nkkpag usap masyado mayabang saka ung maintenance nila bastos sumagiy napakatagal p magproces ng papers for warranty. Last n maintenance ko na dun d nako uulit s knila d sila marunongmag accomodate ng tao at d sila maayos sumagot.

ang sasakyan ko kia picanto 3 months ng for follow up ang insurance para sa parts na papalitan pero hanggang ngayun walang maisagot n maayus kung kailan ba talaga darating ang parts basta nag aantay din cla sa planta at sa korea, impossible wala clang contact sa supplier at sa planta para walang maibigay na target date talaga
