Kia Fails to honer their warranty.(Again)

Kia Motors complaint by Pdarrel
Timing belt failed at 56,000 miles. Dealership refused to repair under warranty because we did not have oil change proof. All I received from Kia was the worst treatment I have ever experienced from any company, period. The warranty is a scam, the car is junk and the customer service is shameful. I hope and pray that they get what they deserve. They are such liars and have ripped off so many people that they should be prosecuted for consumer fraud. I did not expect to get much of a car for the price but I was sure surprised at the terrible treatment of customers. I say boycott these crooks. Tell everyone that you know. Post this information everywhere.

Kia is trash, and the people who represent Kia are as lousy as their cars. I have been treated so poorly by their corporate office representatives after the car died...under warranty...because we did not have proof of every oil change done over the past 95000 miles! The company is spending a fortune beacause of their warranty, and they are going to do anything not to have to pay for it. DO NOT BUY A KIA! DO NOT RENT A KIA! If you currently own a Kia, sell it before it's worth less than it will cause to fix!!!!!!!

I had a timing belt go at 58,000 and I was told that the warranty would not cover it because of normal wear and tear and then she compared it to tires and brake pads. This company is TERRIBLE
