I was so excited to purchase my first new car. I am a hard working single mother of two. I just wanted a safe newer car for my children. I went to Kia of Bedford to look at an 09 Kia Rio". On the test drive I questioned my sales man about the steering because it was a tiny bit stiff, and said it needs more fluid and he nodded yes/. I asked if the heat and air worked good he nodded yes one again?. I tried and because it was winter at the time yes it blew out cold when the dial was on blue and hot when the dial was turned to red:. After the deal went through they brought me my new car with out hub caps, the steering was still a bit stiff, and once it finally got warm out and I went to use my AC I found out none was ever installed in the car?. I paid over 12,000 for this piece of junk that is completely stripped of EVERYTHING! I have had muscle spasm's up and down my shoulder and almost got into a few accidents because the car has no power steering!. I also had to go to the ER because I thought I had a heart attack, it turns out the muscles in my chest were spazming.. I drive every day, I spend a lot of time in my car, this has been a nightmare for me,. I call trying to get help or trade the car for something else and no one will return my calls!! KIA has had a bad reputation for producing *** cars in the past I've heard at least one horror story that has had me sitting on the fence with this.car company . I was seriously considering a look at a new KIA for myself . I had hoped this company was improving and I could trust them enough to invest my hard earned $ in a NEW KIA ! This salesman said he had to return numerous cars because of kob negligence. I thanked him and went to kia of streetsboro. If u want to know the truth ask DR hes awesome at pointing customers in the right direction and does not deserve to be at kob where they dont respect employees or customers. When DR leave kob i will swamp him with family and friends of mine. DR leave them now dont worry about books or getting cars out for the month. Because of you i got the kia sorento i told you i wanted. |

Management dont care who they hire or about the customer. I fact they are in the business of making money at the cost of cosumers. I say piss test and sobriety check these drunk salemen. They allow salemen to go to lunch to get drinks in attempts to boost company moral. Kob is turning into a low budget car lot. Pass it on. Tj snorts *** and is in the closet. Thats right hes ***. Oh and tj watch out, because one of your salemen is the biggest liar, and thief. |

Oh and if the above are salesmen at kia of bedford insulting each other, i pray you all grow up and maybe pick up a book |

Kia is doing nothing and we got sold a warranty that is worthless, and now I owe pymt, downpymt, plus 1350 to get car fixed |

By the way, what is it like having to travel to the other side of the country to find employment? It must really suck to have to travel that far to find someone who hasn't heard how much of a POS you are? Oh, I did have to take some substances to detail with the *** that sat next to me for so long. Boy did that suck! Oh well, good times! The funny thing is...that jack *** (you) was fired for being and ***...was warned several times to stop being an *** and he (you) couldn't take enough Zanex to stop himself from being a ***. Oh well, if I ever run into him (you) I will thank him for the pay raise...betcha miss that Kia card don't ya...spends nicely!!! Wonder if your wife will cheat on you again because you can't blow through a $150k ...bet she will...as a matter of fact I might hit it!!! |

I don't care about the customers, and I like to stare at my monitors all day long. I am also quite the drug addict. I feel that my affinity for mood altering substances is what makes me so darn slow when trying to help out the customers. I do not know why people think I have no talent. I am very good at swallowing, saying "YES", stabbing, saying "NO" to customers, taking pills, and placing blame elsewhere. If it weren't for me, Kia of Bedford would be nowhere right now. Well this note took a while and as soon as Steve gets out of the shower I will roll out of our bed and share this note with him. |
