My husband and I tried to get rid off his car Mitsubishi Eclipse 2007, as we only need one right now. After Carmax did the evalutation it turned out that the car was in an accident in 2007 (car purchased in 2010) and no one informed us. We got the Carfax, but that did not have that info, it said one owner and it was a Corporation. Well, Carmax pulled the Autocheck and it showed there.
This *** about 3k from the value. The car was sold from an auction, which tells me that they knew about this.

I would never go there again they have terrible customer service, they don't think your time is valuable, they are very unorganized and terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to the DEVIL |

Written by customer on October 24, 2011 from -, -, US i purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the customer service is TERRIBLE! i have had problems with the vehicle since i purchased it and have been tryint o resolve the issue thru the dealership itself. Not once has the manager returned my phone call and the problem still isnt fixed. I asked for the general managers number and they wont release it! Im ready to drive this car smash right into the dealership for not coroperating! |
