Having an issue with a 2014 KIA Optima not starting. Took it in for service and was told that it did not fail in the service area so they could not repair the problem! There is a known problem with the ignition system on the Optima (Just read the internet) but since it did not fail at the dealership, I must be lying so nothing would be done by KIA! We drove in without an appointment and were treated like dirt. Car was there for 2 full days and I... Read more

I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH KIA AUTOS. ONE SAVED THE LIFE OF A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY . IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS, I HAVE PURCHASED A THIRD KIA, A 2012 OPTIMA WITH VERY LOW MILES. I ALWAYS ASSUME THERE WILL BE EXTRA EXPENSE WITH A NEW CAR, SO $145.00 FOR A SECOND KEY FOB AND TWO NEW KEYS NOT INCLUDED DID NOT SURPRISE ME. HOWEVER, LOOKING TO SEE WHAT KIND OF SPARE TIRE WAS IN THE TRUNK DID. THERE WAS NONE!!! I CALLED THE DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO... Read more

I have a 2010 kia rio. Less than 50 thousand miles. I have had to replace 3/4 coils in a year, cleaned and flushed the brakes several times every few months and other services. I was informed by a service tech that the factory parts on this car are below standard and should be replaced. So, im driving around a factory lemon... which is unsafe. Im disappointed and frusterated

I got a car that was sold to me under the impression i was getting a new car. Come to find out it was a test used car now all kia is asking for is my paper work so they can make the warranty paper match my sales paper work

deland kia not a good place the keep you there trying to talk into buying with defective tires and radio they also finance my car loan with a finance company three week later with a bank I had not approved when I brought and lied about what papers I was signing. Now stuck with a car I can't afford with additional 100. dollar interest monthly on top of monthly payment.

Inferior service and inferior product. Kia makes a nice looking car but the dealer and service department are inferior. This goes along with inferior products that dont stand up to normal wear and tear. Kia and their lack of wanting to stand behind their products makes them the Kia of old that produced a piece of junk car. My seat pops when I turn corners, the stereo just goes blank at will, the car surges unexpectedly, and the tires they put... Read more

This vehicle was purchased in May 2013 at the Earnhart Kia in Phoenix on Bell road and since the summer of 2013 this vehicle has experienced at least a dozen times where the vehicle will not start due to a failed Alternator Regulator which only emits 13.3 volts compared to the 13.5 volt minimum required. As a result the battery does not charge properly and so on several occasions I have been stranded and in need of battery jump. As a single... Read more

We have 2012 Kia Optima which was still under warranty and under 40,000 miles. The axle which is supposedly covered went bad, which our mechanic said is unheard of for a car with that low of millage. Anyway Kias standard service policy is to let you know nothing is probably going to be covered and they warn you that youll have to pay a diagnostic fee. The problem as already been diagnosed by our mechanic. Then they say they are fixing so many... Read more

I own a 2011 Kia Sorento I just paid off March 2016 (80K miles). In June I had an overheating problem. I bought the vehicle at East Syracuse NY. Kia. Because I live in northern NY I sought support (advised by my parents, Kia owners) from the closest Kia dealer, FX Caprara Kia, Watertown, NY (315 788-5427). This may have turned out to be a mistake as the car still sets at the dealer now almost a month and I have constantly had to call that dealer... Read more
